Bulugh al-Maram 1041بلوغ المرام 1041
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا-, عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { اَلشُّفْعَةُ كَحَلِّ اَلْعِقَالِ } رَوَاهُ اِبْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالْبَزَّارُ, وَزَادَ: " وَلَا شُفْعَةَ لِغَائِبٍ " وَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف جدا. رواه ابن ماجه ( 2500 ). وقال الحافظ في " التلخيص " ( 3 / 56 ) " إسناده ضعيف جدا ".
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The option to buy neighboring property is like loosening the knot (which restraints the camel)." .
