Bulugh al-Maram 1331بلوغ المرام 1331
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ -يَرْفَعُهُ, فِي اَلْحَامِلِ اَلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا- قَالَ: { لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ, وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ, لَكِنْ قَالَ: اَلْمَحْفُوظُ وَقْفُهُ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه البيهقي (7 /431) من طريق حرب بن أبي العالية، عن أبي الزبير، عن جابر مرفوعا، به. قلت: وأبو الزبير مدلس وقد عنعنه.
Narrated Jabir (RA) in a Hadith which he attributed to the Prophet (ﷺ) regarding a pregnant (woman) whose husband died: "She has no maintenance rights." .
