Bulugh al-Maram 320بلوغ المرام 320
وَفِيهَا 1 { فَإِنْ كَانَ مَعَكَ قُرْآنٌ فَاقْرَأْ وَإِلَّا فَاحْمَدِ اَللَّهَ , وَكَبِّرْهُ , وهلِّلْهُ } 21 - أي : في رواية .2 - صحيح . رواه أبو داود (861) .
It is also mentionmed in the same Hadith, "If you know any portion of the Qur'an, read it or else say: Alhamdu lillah, Allahu Akbar and La ilaha ill-Allah."
