Bulugh al-Maram 904بلوغ المرام 904
وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ: { نَهَى اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ بَيْعِ فَضْلِ اَلْمَاءِ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1565 ).
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited the sale of excess water. .
